Map of Worldwide Cases
Coronavirus COVID-19 Global Cases by Johns Hopkins CSSE
By the Johns Hopkins Center for Systems Science and Engineering. UPDATED DAILY. Click the link above for the full map. The embedded version below opens automatically onto East Asia, but you can navigate by clicking and dragging the contents of the screen to see all five other afflicted continents. Click on any red circle to see confirmed number of total cases, active cases, deaths, recoveries, and active cases that are being reported by country. In the case of the U.S., you can see the numbers reported by state.
The map was first shared publicly on Jan. 22. It was developed to provide researchers, public health authorities, and the general public with a user-friendly tool to track the outbreak as it unfolds. All data collected and displayed are made freely available through a GitHub repository, along with the feature layers of the dashboard, which are now included in the ESRI Living Atlas.
