This is what the desktop version of Endnote X9 (also known as the client version) looks like on a Windows PC. The X9 stands for version number 9.

EndNote has transitioned to a tool called "Kopernio" for capturing reference citation information (and sometimes full-text) from items you are viewing in your browser. More information about this on this LibGuide will be forthcoming.

Microsoft Word Integration

Having installed the EndNote Microsoft Word Plugin, select it from the Word Ribbon to begin adding citations that you have stored in your synced EndNote Library. This is how it would appear in Microsoft Word 2016 on a Windows PC.
